Anybody really buying Bitcoin right now?

I'm trying to figure out why someone would want to by when the price is at an all time high!
You could have just make your purchases in March this year when the price was less than $4000.
Investment 101 guys, Irrespective of appreciation value, downside risk is much greater now than it was earlier this year.

It's never wise to buy during peak, anybody else agree?
