Is Amazon website Down?

Anyone else experiencing the following discrepancies with on Amazon?
- GUI looks wonky with enlarged images and tiny texts
- Order takes at least 30 days to fulfil
- Even the SSL/TLS portion of the browsers says not secure for Amazon.com
I’m still trying to find out why Netflix and Amazon Prime are so intermittent in their availability. I get to the home screen but when I select a programme it falls over.
Anyone else having this issue?
