Yes, people I knew were taking cbd as a natural sleeping pill and it worked great for them.
Up until this point I didn't even know what does cbd mean?
At some point I had insomnia too and decided to try it myself, I did not want to take sleeping pills because many of my friends were complaining about the side effects.
My best friend gave me pure cbd oil and told me that it helped him to cope with my insomnia.
He said that it helped him a lot to cope with his insomnia, the main criteria for me was that it was natural.
