What is the best type of caviar?

My favorite dish is caviar or anything connected to fish. But black caviar is the real delicacy today. What is your favorite type of caviar?

My choice is to order quality caviar from a reliable shop. For instance, I like red caviar from https://fishandcaviar.com/ . They have a black one, also. But it is more expensive. And I eat it only during the holidays.
