For free to perform days having complete steel armour made me addicted to OSRS Gold . My buddy gave me complete steel collection thats why I opted to keep playing in order to be able to smith it one day like him. You needed to go to varrock bank and see thousand of individuals chat spamming selling things and attempt to get a good thing. When I became member having monster dagger p++ and spamming its special attack feels like god mode. Then I was addicted to easy clue scroll and doing barrow. These were the articles to me hehe.
Drag scimitar was cool, I enjoyed the attack and unique of this dragon dagger de +. When Abby whip came out I wanted one so bad. Enjoy a super animation with quick attack AND stat wise. Magic I wanted to wield but hated fighting with it. I have barrages basically meant done for. Pre GE when people of people buying and selling things outside falador bank. Also lots of people trying to scam. Also the days of castle wars once you get ruined by ice barrage and get specced by a dragon dagger.
A few quests have some unlocks that make them but rewards sucked. And having to cert resources to offer them, and uncert resources to use them. Pain in the buttocks. The NPC could just talk to 1 participant at a time. You had to bank to pull more funds out. Certs were reworked into bank notes that are used. I miss RSC. And the personal servers available are garbage or have no participant base. I really want Jagex to return to receptive RSC with bug fixes and contemporary bot detection.
Regarding negativity about RuneScape
It seems like nowadays with every choice Jagex makes for RuneScape, people just seem to always extract the negative elements of this and make it look like one of the oddest stuff Jagex has done. I have been playing RuneScape because I was 8 years old; I am 22 today, and here are a listing of takes I've seen from the vast majority of people regarding updates and major things Jagex has done. Some justified and some maybe not. Jagex releases legacy mode:"What is the point of it? You can't fight any boss with it and abilities are only better". Lumbridge crater events:"Ugh this ruins RuneScape for people that worked hard for their skills and takes the mill from RS Gold ".
