This concept was inpired from Boss Larry's IDEA in the previous thread except for the fact that we are addressing parking reservations here.
Imagine an innovative app that lets you request an available parking spot in some busy downtown environment, You don't get charged until you check in, Someone else cannot even pull in before you once it is reserved because this is a different section in the parking lot.
If you show up after more than 10 minutes after your reservation time, you will be charged a flat rate, you would forfeit your parking spot after 30 minutes of no-show and also be fined a flat rate and also gen an invisible background citation like some kind of watch-list to see how often you'll do that in the next duration of 60 days.
This app will save some time and stress of having to merry-go-round a city's parking lot especially downtown, while waiting for someone to leave their spot, even when you are rich enough to afford to have the same spot reserved.
