Currently brainstorming this restaurant reservation app idea. An application for pubs, event venues, eateries and restaurants that would allow you to see a graphical layout of the establishment. You are able to virtually see what tables are available at what times, the next available spot on a first come first serve basis and most importantly, you are be able to book a specific table for a specific future time. This seamless effort would be available via a dedicated website or using the mobile app.

The idea came from my last trip from New York to San Francisco, If I can make my flight reservations at the comfort of my home using my airline app, how come no one ever thought of doing the same for restaurants?
