Turing Network is a performance-oriented L2 that aims to solve the issues surrounding decentralization that plague existing solutions (i.e. the ones that are fast - BNB Chain, Polygon, Solana, etc - aren't truly decentralized. The ones that are truly decentralized, i.e. Ethereum, aren't very performant and are also very expensive for contract interactions and even basic transactions).
