He was in a car accident, they took him to the hospital and the doctors tried to save his life. They did the best that they could...and he's is going to be OK.

No it’s probably not he’s a narcissistic asshole who thinks the world revolves around him, and another human being losing their life and people losing a father, son, husband is a much better trade off than having to see a commercial for his new movie. I can’t believe people like this exist.
