How accurate are ancestry.com results

So, I was speaking to my African American friend today and she mentioned how sad and hard it is for her to have no idea of the truth about her origin. She's had people look at her and tell her possible origin but it looked more like they were all guessing because of the obvious mismatch in their conclusions.

She did a few personal research and came up with this website called ancestry.com. She got very excited the moment her results came out showing possible country her fore fathers might have immigrated from. We were excited to have a "formal" answer to her worries.

My question here is how accurate are these results ?
